A New Chapter for COVEY in 2023
Our core staff team had the opportunity to come together in January as part of our new bi-monthly face-to-face 'Team Time' strategy and consultation sessions.
Staff heard from Lee Johnstone, COVEY's new CEO, who shared his background working for organisations including The Prince's Trust and Barnardo's and detailed his ambitions for the charity and his key priorities in the short-term.
Following some ice-breaker sessions and 'speed networking' all staff had the opportunity to consider and then discuss their hopes and challenges for 2023.
We are hugely excited for the year ahead and look forward to working with all our stakeholders to build stronger families and positive futures for children and young people across Lanarkshire.
