Training

The latest session of befriender training is drawing to a close in Lanark.  The next training will take place after the summer.

Next Step Befriending

Unfortunately, due to the end of our funding from the Laidlaw Youth Project our Next Step Befriending programme has come to an end.  Mask Mania was the last project and the young people made some fabulous carnival masks.

School Befriending

The pilot programme for school befriending has come to a close.  The pilot has been very successful so we plan to continue to support young people in schools where the need arises.

If you have a few hours to spare on a weekly basis during term time to lend a ‘listening ear’, please give the Lanark office a call.

Volunteers Needed
