First timers in the gym need to go through an induction course, showing you how to use the equipment. You only need to do a full induction once and you'll be let loose on equipment all over Clydesdale (might need a mini-induction elsewhere if weights differ).
There's a membership fee that covers all the leisure centres in Clydesdale.
